In its 30 plus years, EPIC Divers & Marine has assembled a management team to meet the needs of our customers as well as the industry's safety requirements.

EPIC Divers, Inc., Owner/CEO, Mrs. Julie Rodriguez, has over 27 years experience in the diving industry. Her previous positions at EPIC Divers, Inc., included Administrations Manager, Contract Negotiator, Marketing Manager, and Vice President of Operations. She served on the board of Directors of the Association of Diving Contractors, and previously served both as Secretary/Treasurer and Chairperson for the Safety, Medical and Education Committee, in which she was instrumental in revising the consensus standards in 1996. Ms. Rodriguez is also President and CEO of EPIC Marine, L.L.C., formed in 1997, operating four (4) dive/production support vessels, a spud vessel, and various coastal vessels. EPIC Divers, Inc., has trademarked and acquired state approval for a patent pending trawl method for the EPIC Site Clearance Verification Method (ESCVM) of clean bottom of abandoned wellsites. Ms. Rodriguez trademarked a Safety Quality Program, for EPIC Divers & Marine, "Dive 5." EPIC Divers, Inc., was awarded 1997 Texaco Supplier of the Year. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Women's Business Entreprise Alliance in Houston, has served on the Women’s Business Council in Louisiana, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, serves as the New Orleans Regional Coordinator, and Women’s Input Committee, respectively. Ms. Rodriguez was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999, for Small and Emerging Businesses in the New Orleans Region, inducted int the Business Hall of Fame in 2003, along with other honorable awards. With Ms. Rodriguez’s professional attitude and groundbreaking management philosophies, EPIC Divers & Marine has become a strong offshore diving and marine vessel competitor in the oil and gas industry.

EPIC’s Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Roger Rodriguez has a B.A. in Business from Northwood University, over 17 years experience in quality assurance in the Nuclear Industry, and 20 years experience in the oil & gas industry. His background in strictly regulated industries has directed EPIC in its formation of its programs and processes, which will sustain EPIC as a leader in the diving and marine community.

EPIC’s Vice President of Diving Operations, Mr. Mike Brown, has over 28 years of commercial diving and operations experience. Mike began his career as a tender and has held positions as a diver, saturation diver, supervisor, superintendent, project manager, estimating manager, and over eleven (11) years as operations manager, managing multi-million dollar, lump-sum deepwater projects, while coordinating as many as 25 different projects utilizing over 300 personnel daily. Mike’s strong management skills and vast commercial diving experience will assit EPIC in attaining it's goals in the new millennium. Mike serves as President of the ADCI and has previously served as Gulf Coast Chapter Chairman for the Association of Diving Contractors International, and on the ADCI Board of Directors for over 10 years.

EPIC’s Director of Business Services, Ms. Sharon B. Estopinal, has an Associates Degree in Business Administration/Accounting and over 17 years experience in accounting, financial management, and contract administration. Sharon’s responsibilities include human resource management, contract administration and risk management. She is a member of SHRM and has recently served as the president of the Desk and Derrick Club and works closely with Women Business Enterprises and she is a member of HCIA.
